Requirements : A Strong expertise in development using Object Oriented Programming Languages is a MUST. A Strong expertise with building C++ and/or Web Services, XML based solutions is required. A Familiarity with core infrastructure components, XML, WebServices, Workflow management systems, Enterprise Integrations, Deployment architectures or Script Engines is a definite plus. A Expertise in design and debug tools is required. A Expertise in implementing enterprise design patterns and industry best practices for software development is required. A Expertise with software development process is required. A Knowledge of SQL, configuration management systems, is desirable. A Good verbal and written communication skills are required. A Teamwork skills are necessary
