Job Description : Join Runaware and our growing team of software professionals as we continue to expand our Online Software Marketing Solutions. In the past year, Runaware has hosted millions of online demos for customers such as Microsoft, Intuit and Citrix. Custom software development is the core strategic means for enabling Runaware to lead the global Online Software Demonstration Market. Runaware is looking for software developers with 2-3 years of experience in the design, development and testing of production quality software using agile software development life cycle best practices. Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and release of all platform upgrades and future innovations Diagnose and resolve issues affecting platform performance including, but not limited to, database configuration, server performance, and code design Participate in ongoing development process enhancement committee

Requirements : 3-4 years of software development experience Track record of delivering high quality products on schedule Proficient knowledge of either C++ or C# (preferably both) and .NET framework Thorough knowledge of Windows and Web software development Experience with OOAD, Design Patterns and refactoring Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred Ability to rapidly grasp and work with new technologies Self motivation to solve technical challenges and improve your team's effectiveness Excellent English communications skills BS in Computer Science or equivalent CHARACTERISTICS OF SUCCESS AT RUNAWARE Self motivation Individual contribution combined with team orientation Ability to influence through data Ability to execute on overall business goals in personal arena Desire to win in a highly competitive environment Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Unwavering commitment to high quality Positive attitude
